Coach Ryan O’shea

Coach Ryan Oshea has been performing functional interval training for years as a Fireman. Crossfit gave him the outlet to put his skills to the test along side like minded individuals. After a few years with LCCF he decided to take an active role in the gym’s development helping with logistics, media, and now coaching. He has a passion for others both young and old to see their goals through to the end. Saving lives in emergencies and long term through fitness is just what he does. In the gym Coach Oshea enjoys kettlebell training and testing his fitness outside the gym through outdoor sports.
