Weekly Class Schedule

Monday - Friday Group Class Times

(Group Warm up starts at the beginning of each class. WOD will begin 15 min. after the start of each class.)

6:00 - 7:00am            12:30 - 1:30pm        3:30 - 4:30pm

7:30 - 8:30am                                          4:30 - 5:30pm

8:30 - 9:30am                                          5:30 - 6:30pm

9:30 - 10:30am                                        6:30 - 7:30pm

Saturday

9am - 12pm

Intro Class & Foundations Course

Free Intro Classes:

Monday through Friday at 12:00pm

Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30pm

Saturdays at 8:30am.
