As you probably figured, we will not post the WOD for the upcoming day this week. You should not be basing your decision to train based off of the WOD! The constantly varied aspect of CrossFit is an essential key to fitness. If you only come in when the WOD is of your liking then you are doing yourself a huge disservice. Come in and get some!!!
