Monday – Friday Group Class Times (Except Thursday)

**We will be closed on Monday July 3rd and Tuesday July 4th**

(Group Warm up starts at the beginning of each class. WOD will begin 10-15 min. after the start of each class.)

6:00am – 7:00am Class
7:00am – 8:00am on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday Class
8:30am – 9:30am Class

9:30am – 12:30pm Open Gym

12:30pm – 1:30pm Class

1:30pm-3:30pm Open Gym

3:30pm – 4:30pm on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday Class
4:30pm – 5:30pm Class
5:30pm – 6:30pm Class
6:30pm – 7:30pm Class

Thursday

6:30a-6:30p ROMWOD/ Open Gym

9:00am – 10:00am

Free Intro Class:

Every Saturday @ 11am. Join us to get a taste of what we have to offer. We give you some brief information and run you through a short “WOD”. Come prepared to workout and bring any questions you may have. Look HERE for more information.

This is a series of 2 classes that all new members will need to complete in order to build a strong foundation and understanding of our functional movements and lifts. These classes are structured around specific movements and can be attended by anyone in need of more coaching on these. They are scheduled weekly as follows:
